As our B2C Marketing Manager (Campaigns & Social Media), you’ll be at the forefront of FAIRTIQ’s brand presence, driving creative campaigns and building a social media identity that truly stands out. Your Responsibilities
- Create and coordinate B2C advertising measures and campaigns with compelling stories that span across the app funnel (from awareness to acquisition to retention) in all FAIRTIQ-markets, but especially in Switzerland.
- Build a strong organic social media presence for FAIRTIQ, with a special focus on Instagram and TikTok.
- Set up, coordinate, monitor, optimise and analyse online performance ad campaigns in all FAIRTIQ-markets alone a/o in collaboration with external freelancers/agencies.
- Apply an experimental growth hacking approach to marketing measures and analyse, report and iterate measures based on their effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team, external content creators/influencers, freelancers, and agencies to develop campaign concepts and materials.
- Oversee and plan FAIRTIQ’s B2C advertising budget, with a particular emphasis on online ad campaigns.
- Help FAIRTIQ strengthen its branding and become a well-known and loved B2C brand.
Your Requirements
- B2C Advertising Experience: Marketing background with min. 1-3 years in developing B2C ad campaigns across awareness, acquisition, and retention phases.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and German (oral & written). Swiss-German, Italian and French are a plus.
- Passion, Creativity, and Strategic Mindset: Genuine enthusiasm for marketing, with strong creativity, attention to detail, and a proactive approach. Ability to experiment with new ideas and contribute to building a recognizable B2C brand.
- Passion and Enthusiasm for Marketing and Advertising: Genuine passion and love for the fields of marketing and advertising, with a strong detail-orientation and eye for design and a proactive attitude toward continuous learning and improvement.
- Social Media and Content Creation: Skilled in managing organic social media (Instagram, TikTok), with experience in creating effective platform-specific content (willingness to film/create visuals is a plus).
- Performance Marketing and Analytics: Experience in setting up, monitoring, and optimising online ad campaigns, along with strong analytical skills for reporting and identifying insights.
- Collaborative Campaign Development: Ability to work seamlessly with internal marketing team members, external content creators, influencers, and agencies to craft compelling campaign concepts and materials.
- Team Collaboration and Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across different teams and external parties.
