We are seeking a dynamic and creative Partner Marketing Lead (m/f/d) who is passionate about marketing and has a strategic mindset to support and collaborate with our partners, particularly those based in Germany and Austria. In this role, you will also lead the “Partner Marketing” sub-team, guiding two Partner Marketing Managers while coordinating and executing regional marketing initiatives with our German and Austrian partners. Additionally, you will integrate and align these efforts with international FAIRTIQ marketing campaigns to strengthen FAIRTIQ’s position as an innovative and beloved brand in the public transportation sector.
Your Responsibilities
- Leadership and Management (Maternity cover, 2 years): Manage the "Partner Marketing" sub-team within the FAIRTIQ marketing team, which coordinates, supports and develops marketing initiatives with FAIRTIQ-partners (public transport operators) in all active markets.
- Regional Coordination: Coordinate, leverage and analyse regional B2B2C marketing activities focusing mainly on partners in Germany and Austria.
- Event Organization: Organize and prepare in-person and online partner meetings and workshops, focusing mainly on partners in Germany and Austria.
- Onboarding and Localization: Assist partners in onboarding and adapting international FAIRTIQ marketing campaigns to regional needs.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with the marketing teams of our partners.
- Innovation and Outreach: Collaborate with FAIRTIQ’s international marketing and product team to develop innovative ways to engage and retain our target audience, both online and offline.
- Brand Building: Leverage FAIRTIQ-partnerships to strengthen FAIRTIQ’s brand presence and make it a well-known and loved B2C brand.
Your Requirements
- Marketing Experience: A solid marketing background with 3-5 years of experience in campaign management, marketing consultancy, marketing account management, or similar fields.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with strong interpersonal and persuasive skills to align diverse internal and external stakeholders and drive initiatives forward.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and German (spoken and written). Proficiency in Italian or French is a plus.
- Passion, Creativity, and Strategic Mindset: Genuine enthusiasm for marketing, with creativity, attention to detail, and a proactive approach. You enjoy experimenting with new ideas and contributing to building a recognizable B2C brand.
- Team Collaboration and Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across internal teams and external stakeholders.
